The Buyer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions herein which shall apply to all contracts for sale of goods between MAY TAT PLASTICS PTE LTD (MTP) and its Buyer.
- Price
- All prices indicated herein are in Singapore Dollars, unless specified otherwise.
- All prices are subject to adjustment and change at MTP management’s discretion.
- Goods & Services Tax (“GST”)
- GST is payable on all goods sold or supplied by MTP to the Buyer. All prices quoted in the quotation and/or referred to in the terms herein are before GST.

- Delivery
- A delivery charge of S$50 per destination shall apply for orders below S$300 (before GST).
- Orders received before 11am will be delivered within the next 2 working days of order receipt. Orders received after 11am will be delivered within the next 3 working days of order receipt.
- There is no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
- Payment
- Except for Buyer with an approved credit arrangement with MTP, payment must be made in full prior to or at the time of delivery of goods, failing which MTP reserves the right to retain the goods, without prejudice to any of its other rights.
- For Buyers with an approved credit account, all invoices are to be settled within the approved credit term. If Buyer fails to make any payment by the due date, it shall be deemed in default and MTP, considering every single situation and it deems it appropriate, shall be entitled to (without prejudice to any other rights or remedy available such as: the right to cancel the contract; to suspend any further delivery; the right to repossess the goods, etc.) charge the Buyer a late payment interest at the rate of 2% per month on any outstanding amount due.

- Condition of Goods
- All goods should be inspected upon delivery. Any products found with packaging defects shall be returned immediately for a replacement. Upon signing the delivery order, the Buyer accepts and confirms that the goods have been inspected, are according to description, and are otherwise in good order and condition.
- In the event a goods return is authorized, a restocking fee of $25 or 5% of the sale amount (whichever is higher) will apply.
- Invoices
- Any discrepancy on or relating to an invoice issued shall be notified in writing to MTP within 2 working days from receipt of such invoice. Otherwise, it is deemed to be accurate and accepted by the Buyer.
- Stock
- All goods offered herein are subject to stock availability prior to sale.
- Confidential Information
- The Buyer shall treat this as private and confidential, and shall not at any time disclose or permit to disclose to any person or persons or otherwise make use of or permit to be made use of any information relating to MTP’s products, sales, or marketing data and market research information where knowledge or details of the information was received during the Contract Period.
- The obligations under this clause shall survive the contract’s expiry or termination for whatever reason.
- Liability of MTP
- MTP and its related companies shall not be liable for any failure to meet its obligations caused by circumstances beyond its control.
- MTP’s liability for non-delivery, late delivery, defective products, or any other failure to meet its obligations whatsoever under a contract for sale, shall be limited to the aggregate value of the goods sold under the said contract for sale, such value being determined by the price of the goods as set out in the quotation.
- Governing Law
- In the event of any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
